Elevate Medical Hub opened our doors last week and we are so grateful for the goodwill, encouragement and support shown to our little practice so far - thank you to all the patients and others who have been through our doors and been so lovely! We have loved sharing our fresh new space with you all.

We are now open for appointments Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1530.

Appointments can be made by phone on 5318 2261 from 0900 - 1530 Monday - Thursday. Reception hours will increase soon

We are also now able to welcome new patients to the practice - for General Practice and for sports and lifestyle medicine consultations.

Elevate Medical Hub is a private billing medical practice. All new patients are asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure an appointment as unfortunately past experience has shown that some patients booking for the first time do not attend. This payment amount will be credited against your first appointment fee with the balance of the appointment fee to be settled at the time of the first appointment.

The practice requires all patients 12 years and older to wear a mask at all times while in the practice. Please remember to bring your mask with you. We ask that if you are unwell with respiratory/flu-like symptoms that you let us know in advance before you attend the practice so we can arrange the most appropriate care for you while also keeping us well. Please do not attend the surgery with respiratory/flu-like symptoms (even if it's not COVID!) without speaking to us first to let us know. We greatly appreciate your care for us and assisting us to keep the practice to stay open - if I become sick the practice has to close!

The practice will be open for all patients - old, new and prospective - and for any other interested people to come and have a look and say hello on Friday June 2nd from 1000 - 1430. This is not for medical services or consultations - there may be no doctor here! It is an "open day" for those who want to check out where we are, have a look around and see the changes to the building from its previous life as Bowenfels Vet Clinic!) - Please remember to bring your mask with you to wear!

Finally, we are recruiting a part time receptionist in a casual position - hours will be variable but must be able to work between 1000 - 1730 Monday - Thursday. If you know someone interested they can forward their resume to practicemanager@elevatemedicalhub.au
