Elevate Medical Hub Open Day and Notice of Practice Closures

We are into week four of Elevate Medical Hub!
The team is growing and I would like to introduce our newest team member - Tracey Hocking - who started as our receptionist this week. A warm welcome to Tracey who will be a familiar face to many of you from her time at Bowenfels Medical Practice!
A reminder that this FRIDAY JUNE 2nd from 10:00 - 15:00 the practice will be open to anyone who would like to have a look through and/or find out more about the services offered from Elevate Medical Hub - General Practice, Sports Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. New or prospective patients are very welcome as are existing patients and anyone who just wants to see how different the space looks compared to its previous life as Bowenfels Vet Clinic
We would like to provide advance notice that Elevate Medical Hub will be CLOSED for the public holiday on MONDAY JUNE 12th and will also be CLOSED on THURSDAY JUNE 15th. No medical services will be offered on these days and our phones will also not be attended.
We are OPEN as usual on Tuesday June 13th and Wednesday June 14th and from Monday June 19th as normal.
A reminder that new patients are now very welcome at Elevate Medical Hub and we have excellent appointment availability including same day appointments so please do share the news with your friends, family and others of Lithgow's newest practice.

Dear Reader As many of you know I do some other medical work separate to Elevate Medical Hub to support rural general practice and general practice training in the Blue Mountains and Central West NSW. Elevate Medical Hub will be closed tomorrow Thursday June 20th as I am unavoidably working elsewhere. We are open as normal next week. I do my best to undertake my other work without disruption to Elevate Medical Hub but a few times a year I have no choice but to take time away from my practice...
Dear Reader Our stock of flu vaccinations have finally arrived! We now have both government funded and private flu vaccines available for all ages. Flu vaccination clinics are now running - please call 53182261 to book in. Please note that due to the way these clinics are organised, these appointments are ONLY for flu and covid vaccinations - no other medical matters or other vaccinations are able to be addressed in these appointments. Dear Reader, Elevate Medical Hub will be closed for a short break over Easter from close of business at 1530 on Tuesday 26th March 2024 until we re-open at 0900 Tuesday 2nd April 2024. We are open as normal this week and Monday/Tuesday of next week. Please plan ahead and book in now if you will need any scripts or routine medical matters attended to before Easter.
