A REMINDER THAT ELEVATE MEDICAL HUB WILL BE CLOSED FOR A SHORT BREAK FROM THIS FRIDAY AUGUST 25th to FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 1st INCLUSIVE.
Our phones will also not be attended during this time.
We will REOPEN on MONDAY SEPTEMBER 4th at 0900.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR NEXT WEEK.
We are open Monday - Thursday this week as normal with appointments available so please call today if you need an appointment.

Dear Reader As many of you know I do some other medical work separate to Elevate Medical Hub to support rural general practice and general practice training in the Blue Mountains and Central West NSW. Elevate Medical Hub will be closed tomorrow Thursday June 20th as I am unavoidably working elsewhere. We are open as normal next week.
